02Use the Laser on locked collectibles
Destroy the fish tank (9 of Acorns), the anchor-fence padlock (Mauritania Postcard), and the truck cabinet (Ober of Acorns) with the Laser gadget.
03Clear the Fight Club
Reach the Fight Club’s upper floor for the Ace of Roses in the rooftop training room.
04Reach the signal tower & ship decks
Find the ATAC Device on a beam below the signal tower, then sweep the upper ship decks for remaining cards and intel.
